We are set overlooking our Fishing ponds which is stocked on a weekly basis in the scenic countryside of East Ayrshire in central Scotland only 25 minutes drive from Glasgow

Our self-catered Luxury Lodges have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It comes with its own hot tub with stunning views. It has two bedrooms, the master has an ensuite shower room. A kitchenette with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all the essentials. The open plan living area is the perfect entertaining space, with a wood burner effect electric fire. We also have WiFi with Netflix included in the cost. The lodge has central heating, double glazing and front balcony doors with enclosed front balcony. Each lodge can sleep up to 4 guests. Our pet friendly Lodges all have enclosed gardens to keep your pets safe from escaping!

Each Micro Lodge is furnished with a comfy king size bed, double sofa bed except micro lodge 6 only sleeps 2 guests, , your own en-suite toilet/shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary tea and coffee is also provided for an immediate cuppa when you arrive. Our state-of-the-art micro lodges are ideal for couples and friends sharing. Each micro lodge is for 2 but sleeps up to 4, has its own parking and your own secluded hot tub over looking the fishing ponds.

the closest town is Kilmarnock which is 4 miles drive away which has all your everyday shops, bars and restaurants.
